Relationships in Eternity are sealed by God. How we express ourselves and respond to others, whether we have used our capacity for love to honor and help others or if instead we dishonored and harmed others, this is the energic vibration that our energy field is made of. This personal vibrational energy will draw to us that of like energy. If our desire is to harm others, we will not attract the higher resonating frequencies but will remain in a low energy field such as what our world is suffering in right now. We are multi-dimensional beings being prepared to ascend to a higher consciousness frequency and to be ready for this we need to leave the lower energies of ego and negative emotional dramas with others and become centered in our heart chakra. When we can control the words and thoughts we allow into our mind, we realize we also do not have to respond to others through lower energy emotions but instead, we respond to them and events in our lives through our own true feelings coming from our heart. We look to God at this time to help us as this world falls apart. We see a new earth forming as the old ways dissolve. We feel our physical bodies changing also, as they are being prepared day by day for transformation into light bodies that will supercede this lower dimension. When will all this end? When will the powers of the Spiritual realms stop those responsible for such reprehensible destruction and inhumanity in our world? Soon. Very soon. To the God of the Universe, Creator of all things and the Living Force and Energy in all Life everywhere, ("In Him, we live and move and have our Being.") to that one God of whom we are all expressions of His own life and essence, we give honor, glory and praise.  corresponding patterns is becomming de-programmed. As I am freed up from the physical dimension programming, I am able to experience shifting frequency to a higher dimension.
The best part to me is in section 28 where he explains that time is dimensional. (They don't know that their [the scientists] calculations in light years are useless because what they consider "distance" actually is varying planes of energy. ) Although I have been fascinated by the illusion of time and space for quite some time, my inner guidance has been changing my physical belief system of it lately and I have experienced a paradigm shift in my own knowledge of how "we think we are moving in a linear fashion either traveling through space from one object to another or awaiting a linear time event" but in reality we are shifting dimensions. I was thinking I would have "God's abundance" sometime in the future when in actuality I have "God's abundance" when I shift out of the lower frequency dimensions into the higher "ascention-type" "God's-love" frequency dimension. There is no time or space motion in this experience, only a "now" frequency change that allows us to slip through the vortex between physical and spiritual energy. At the beginning of Earth's ascension 70-some years ago, negativity was rampant in the collective consciousness. As individuals started responding to the light beamed to the planet from powerful far distant civilizations, the collective consciousness started swerving into positivity, and over a decade past in your timing, the light reached the sustained amount that assured the planet's course toward fourth density without deviation or delay. Since then the light intensity has continued increasing as more and more individuals opened their hearts and minds and correspondingly raised the collective consciousness. Negativity lost its foothold and positivity became overwhelmingly dominant. 3. Even so, there is no automatic immunity to negative thinking-and fear is the basis of it all!-and when those thoughts are the focus of one's energy, they are as potent as ever in manifesting adverse personal situations. A reader who wrote that fear cannot be consciously controlled made the comparison, "It is like saying don't let your blood flow." We say, let us turn that into, "Let positive thoughts flow as naturally as your blood." 4. Thoughts precede emotions, an infinitesimal lapse that isn't recognized because the thought about a situation and the reaction to it seem to be simultaneous. When you perceive a situation as fearful, instantly that thought provokes the natural reaction-fearful feelings. As the thought veers into preoccupation with the situation's possible developments, the fear feelings that follow gather force. 5. The universal law of attraction, which cannot differentiate what you want-something of positive nature-from what you don't want-a negative something-is in perpetual operation to provide whatever you focus your energy on. When that focus is on the fearful aspect of a situation-say lack of money, which is the focus of many-the universe can only provide situations to continue that lack because it has no reasoning ability to understand that what you want is enough money, not lack of it. You have the power to change your thoughts! Thinking I have money for everything I need and feeling grateful will start the universal flow that will provide it. 6. Fear also arises about situations you don't have any control over, such as the long-term effects on bodies of nuclear radiation, chemtrails, vaccines and depleted uranium. That is why we have stated in previous messages that concerns about those are unnecessary because their harmful effects, which exist only at low vibratory levels, will be eradicated along with everything else of low vibrations that cannot co-exist with fourth density's high vibrations.
